Absolutely not! The program is designed for complete beginners. Mike will guide you through everything step-by-step, explaining each technique and ensuring you feel comfortable throughout the process. Many of our most successful participants had never tried hypnosis before.
While therapy and medication can be helpful, our program focuses specifically on practical tools and techniques you can use immediately. Hypnosis works with your subconscious mind to create lasting change in your sleep response patterns. It's complementary to other treatments and many participants continue with therapy while doing our program.
Our program helps many people with various levels of sleep challenges, including those with more severe symptoms. However, if you're dealing with severe insomnia, sleep apnea, or other medical sleep disorders, we recommend discussing this program with your healthcare provider first. Our program is designed to complement, not replace, professional medical care.
